Since our founding in 2023, we have brought together a team of like-minded professionals, united by a shared commitment to excellence in every aspect of our work. With over 35 years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry, we’ve successfully navigated countless technological advancements and shifts, giving us a deep and practical understanding of the field.
Throughout our journey, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of service providers across multiple sectors of construction. From large-scale infrastructure projects to specialized technical implementations, we’ve built a versatile skill set that enables us to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
As we look ahead, we remain passionate and eager to tackle new challenges, explore emerging technologies, and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients. At WINS, we are committed to not only keeping pace with the telecommunications industry but actively helping shape its future.
As of 2025, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new brick-and-mortar location at 416 Advanced Blvd, Tecumseh, ON N8N 5G8 - Unit 4. This marks a significant milestone in our growth, and we are excited to expand our presence and continue developing our network in the Windsor-Essex area.
We look forward to the continued growth and opportunities that this new location will bring, and to further strengthening our ability to serve our clients across new regions.

As of March 2026 WINS is excited to officially announce the launch of WINS Groundworks!
As our dedicated maintenance and infrastructure division, WINS Groundworks is built to deliver reliable construction, fast-response repairs, and end-to-end project support for network infrastructure. Backed by a hardworking and driven team, we’re ready to take projects from concept to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Working alongside WINS Technical, this expansion strengthens our ability to provide seamless, full-service solutions from Start to the final technical activation.
